2024 Citi Community Home Runs Fan of the Game Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, DONATION OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM A PRIZE.
ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The 2024 Citi Community Home Runs (“CCHR”) Fan of the Game  Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to citizens, or resident aliens of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories/commonwealths/possessions, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry (“Entrant”) and are not subject to backup withholding. Non-resident aliens are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and consultants of Citibank, N.A. (“Sponsor”), No Kid Hungry, Share Our Strength, Sportsnet New York, Sterling Entertainment Enterprises. LLC, SPORTFIVE, the MLB Entities (defined below) and any of their respective parent companies, related subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies including Marden-Kane, Inc. (“Administrator”), (collectively, “Releasees”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses regardless where they live) and individuals living in the same households of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Each Entrant, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 3, 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET except for the first day of the Sweepstakes where a day is defined as beginning at 9:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. The Sweepstakes Promotion Period is further divided into thirteen (13) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as further defined in the Entry Periods & Drawing Chart (the “Chart”) below. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

** Winners are selected in chronological order for the game they will be assigned in each Entry Period.  For purposes of clarity, for example, Entry Period 1 drawing will randomly select a total of three (3) winners. The 1st winner randomly selected in the drawing will be assigned the first Game in that Entry Period which is the Game on 3/28; the 2nd winner randomly selected in the drawing will be assigned the second Game in that Entry Period which is the Game on 3/30 and so on. The results of the winner’s assigned Game will determine the Prize/Tier won. See Prizes/Odds section below for additional Prize/Tier details.

If a winner has been selected and a game is then cancelled and/or postponed and not rescheduled within the Promotion Period the winner will receive the Tier 1 prize only. If a winner has not been selected and a game is cancelled and/or postponed and not rescheduled within the Promotion Period no prize will be assigned for that game. If a winner has been selected and their game is no longer being aired on SNY.tv, Sponsor reserves the right to assign a different Game to said winner; if a replacement game is not available the winner will receive the Tier 1 prize only. If any portion of the season is canceled for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor, then the remaining prizes will go unassigned.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to participate:

[1] Via Website: To earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes go to www.sny.tv/CHR and follow the on-screen instructions: [i] Complete the registration form by providing the information required which will include your first and last name, your email address and phone number (optional); [ii] check the box to acknowledge that you agree to these Official Rules and [iii] click the “Enter Now” button.

[2] Make a Donation to No Kid Hungry: When you make a donation to No Kid Hungry via the link on the Sweepstakes website or go to https://nokidhungry.org/CCHR and you can earn entries based on your donation contribution.
Donate $5.00 USD and you will receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes.
Donate $10.00 USD and you will receive twenty (20) entries into the Sweepstakes.
Donate $20.00 USD and you will receive fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes.
You must make a minimum donation of $5.00 but regardless of the amount you donate over $20.00 only the maximum of fifty (50) entries will be earned via this method of entry.

[3] By Mail: To participate in the Sweepstakes and earn ten (10) entries without making a donation to No Kid Hungry: on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper, hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (mandatory), place in a #10 business-size stamped envelope and mail to: CCHR Fan of the Game Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 698, Syosset, NY 11791-0698. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including outer envelope, must be handwritten. Mail entries must be postmarked by September 3, 2024 and received by September 6, 2024. Limit of five (5) mail-in entry requests per person, with a limit of one (1) entry request per envelope. For purposes of clarity each mail-in entry equals ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes drawing.  Envelopes containing multiple entry requests will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.

LIMITATIONS: There is a maximum of fifty-one (51) entries total combined entries an Entrant can earn into the Sweepstakes via all methods of entry for the entire Promotion Period. For purposes of clarity, there is a maximum limit of:

  • one (1) submission allowed via the Website, which equals one (1) entry; and
  • one (1) submission allowed via an online donation, which equals a maximum of fifty (50) entries; or
  • up to five (5) submissions allowed via mail for those who do not want to donate online which equals fifty (50) entries.
    • For those Entrants who make a $5 donation you may also submit a maximum of five (5) mail-in entries.  Your first mail-in entry will be worth five (5) entries and your other four (4) mail-in entries will be worth ten (10) entries each. for a total of fifty (50) entries combined with your donation.
    • For those Entrants who make a $10 donation you may also submit a maximum of three (3) mail-in entries for a total of fifty (50) entries combined with your donation.

Entries received in excess of the entry limit stated herein will be disqualified.

Earned entries will carry over to consecutive Entry Periods.

Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same account. Any attempt by any Entrant to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, or any other method will void that Entrant's entry and that Entrant may be disqualified. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, Entrant acknowledges that he/she read, understands and agrees to the Official Rules.

In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the registered account holder of the e-mail address for the potentially winning Entry but only if that Entrant meets all other eligibility criteria. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address account by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the primary account holder used for entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the primary account holder. It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her account/email/address during the Promotion Period. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery of entry. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, who is an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes.  
Entry Period Drawings: A random drawing to select Entry Period prize winners (each a “Potential First Prize Winner” or “Winner”) will be conducted on or about each of the drawing dates stated in the Chart above (each, a “Drawing Date”) from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period plus non-winning entries received in prior Entry Periods.
Grand Prize Drawing: A random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize winner (a “Potential Grand Prize Winner” or “Winner”) from all the Fans of the Game if Pete Alonso hits a home run will be conducted on or about October 2, 2024.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within one (1) business day of the Drawing Date as stated in the Chart above. Potential winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Affidavit”). Potential winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification and Certification and to furnish his/her social security number. This will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service and you, as required by law. Complete documents must be returned within forty-eight (48) hours from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and assigned to an alternate potential winner, time permitting. In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if a potential winner fails to timely return any documents requested, or a prize notification as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if the potential winner declines the prize for any reason, such potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner who is disqualified, and an alternate winner may be notified, at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize must be accepted as assigned. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, and biographical information without further compensation as well as the announcement and use of the winner’s first name, last initial and city/town of residence during a Mets game.

PRIZES/ODDS:

Sixty-eight (68) First Prize Winners: One (1) First Prize Winner per game – each Winner is eligible to win a Tier 1 Prize and has the potential to win additional Tier prizes as indicated below based on the results of their assigned Game:

During the broadcast the announcer will announce the first name and city of the Citi Home Runs Fan of that Game for that specific game and at the same time the first name and city of the winner will appear on screen as well.

Tier 1 Prize: If there are zero (0) home runs hit by any Mets player during the game winner will receive:

  • a Tote bag and a Mets t-shirt.
    • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Tier 1 Prize: $15.

Tier 2 Prize: If one (1) home run is hit by any Mets player during the game winner will receive:

  • Tier 1 Prize; plus
  • an autographed item from a current or former Mets player at the Sponsors sole discretion.
    • ARV of Tier 2 Prize: $165.

Tier 3 Prize: If two (2) home runs are hit by any Mets player during the game winner will receive:

  • Tier 2 Prize; plus
  • one (1) $50 gift card at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    • ARV of Tier 3 Prize: $215.

Tier 4 Prize: If three or more (3+) home runs are hit by any Mets player during the game winner will receive:

  • Tier 3 Prize; plus
  • one (1) $50 gift card at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    • ARV of Tier 4 Prize:  $265.

Tier 5 Prize: If Pete Alonso hits one (1) home run during the game, winner will receive:

  • One (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing plus Tier 2 prize. ARV: $165.

                     If Pete Alonso hits one (1) home run and an additional home run is hit by any Mets player the winner will receive:

  • One (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing plus Tier 3 prize. ARV: $215.

                     If Pete Alonso hits one (1) home run and two (2) or more additional home runs are hit by any Mets player combined the winner will receive:

  • One (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing plus Tier 4 prize. ARV: $265.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner: A 3 day/2 night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York Mets Spring Training in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Only those First Prize Winners from Tier 5 will to be included in the Grand Prize drawing.
Prize includes:

  • Two tickets for winner and one (1) guest to a Mets 2025 Spring Training game at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Two night’s hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest (one standard double occupancy room). 
  • Round trip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest (from a major getaway airport closest to the winner’s home to/from Florida).
  • $250 in the form of a check made payable to the winner to be used toward ground transportation.
  • The opportunity for the winner and guest to attend a Meet & Greet with a current or former Mets player. Player designated will be at the sole discretion of the Mets.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $3,500. 

Total Maximum ARV of all prizes: $21,520.
Limit one (1) First Prize per person. Terms and conditions as stated on the gift card will apply. Selection of the autographed item from a current or former Mets player is at the discretion of the Mets.  Actual value of autographed item(s) subject to market fluctuations.  No certificate of authenticity is provided by Sponsor.  Item(s) are not game used.

Odds of winner a First Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each Entry Period plus non-winning entries received in prior Entry Periods. Odds of winning the Grand Prize is 1 in sixty-eight (68) although odds might increase if Pete Alonso does not hit a home run in a singular game listed above.  If Pete Alonso does not hit a minimum of one (1) home run in any of the games listed above in the Chart the random drawing will be conducted from all First Prize Winners. If Pete Alonso is traded or injured and is unable to play the rest of the season but he has hit at least one home run then the winner will be selected from all eligible entries as of when Pete Alonso was traded or injured. No cash equivalents, transfers or substitution of prize permitted except where lawful, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being assigned. For income tax purposes, the prize value will be treated as miscellaneous income and will be reported to the IRS and winner on Form 1099-MISC if the total value of winner’s prize plus any other taxable miscellaneous income received from Citibank during the calendar year equals at least $600. Winner is responsible for the payment of all taxes on the prize. Please consult your tax advisor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes may not be assigned.

Additional conditions of Grand Prize trip:

  • Winner and guest must complete a Travel Release Form.
  • The Grand Prize will be forfeited if:
      • If winner is not available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor currently planned for Spring 2025.  Exact dates will be provided with winner notification.
      • The proper travel documents are not obtained by the winner by the date specified by Sponsor.
  • Ground transportation to/from winner’s home/departure airport is NOT included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Winner and guest must possess and are responsible for obtaining and must have valid ID or other required documentation for travel.
  • Guest travelling with winner must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel unless guest is a child or legal ward of the winner.
  • Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
  • Winner and guest are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines, hotels and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Prize. 
  • Sponsor is not responsible if tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or other similar items are lost, stolen, or misplaced by Winner and will not be replaced or if booked transportations are missed for any reason.
  • The Grand Prize does not include any other incidentals not mentioned in these Official Rules such as, but not limited to, ground transportation, special seating assignments, baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls.  All other expenses not stated herein as part of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
  • Actual value of the trip depends on winner’s residence or departure city. Specifics of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with prize notification. Other restrictions may apply.
  • Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used.  The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.  The Winner or the Guest must provide the hotel with a valid credit card for incidentals (including room service, mini-bar and pay-per-view television) and/or damages to the hotel room. 
  • If a Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL ground transportation may be provided by Sponsor in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. 
  • In the event the game has to be canceled for any reason whatsoever, in whole or in part, including but not limited to cancellations, postponements, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the remaining components of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the prize winner and his/her guest/travel companion, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.  
  • In the event that the Meet & Greet has to be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, in whole or in part, including but not limited to cancellations, postponements, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the remaining components of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the prize winner and no other or additional compensation will be assigned.
  • Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules.
  • Winner and guest must travel together on the same travel itinerary and booked flights.
  • The exact duration and nature of the meet and greet opportunity is at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability.
  • Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mets.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see mets.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and MLB will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.  Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities, including but not limited to the wearing of masks if and when directed and the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., having received a final vaccination dose at least 14 days prior to the event).

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of such winner’s name, likeness, photograph, opinions, hometown and state for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to: (a) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if the season is cancelled or postponed, if any fraud or technical failure, or any other causes corrupt or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, and (b) in the event the Promotion is cancelled, award prizes in a random drawing from the eligible Entries received prior to event requiring such action.  Releasees are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human, typographical or printing errors, (ii) technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, wireless service, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online enrollment form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, (iii) or for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries, for any reason including computer, telephone, wireless service, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon, (iv) other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrator’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entry and/or prevent him/her from future entry), and/or who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules, to modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage any online service or website associated with this Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at its discretion.

DISPUTES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited, Entrants agree: [1] to release, indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be assigned; [2] any and all disputed, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes prize assigned shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by within the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in Queens County, New York; [3] any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will Entrants be permitted to obtain attorneys’ fees or other legal costs; and [4] under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or; for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, cancelation of the baseball season, walk out of the payers, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Sponsors’ policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on the Promotion web site; and Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing and award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the cancelation of the Promotion.

PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and to notify the winner, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor, Marden-Kane, Inc., or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from such parties. When you enter by making a donation of $5 or more to No Kid Hungry, No Kid Hungry will share your name, email address, and/or telephone number with Marden-Kane, Inc. only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes. You may be asked to consent to receive further e-mails and information about No Kid Hungry. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. When you donate to No Kid Hungry, your information shall be subject to the privacy policy of No Kid Hungry/Share Our Strength, which is available at its website.

WHO WON: To request the names of the winners, send an e-mail with the subject line: "2024 CCHR Fan of the Game Sweepstakes” to winners@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received no later than October 30, 2024. The list will be sent when all drawings have been conducted and all winners verified.
