Fill out the registration form for the Workshop you want to attend and include your First Name, Last Name, Address, State, Zip Code, email address, mobile telephone number "MTN" or phone number, Verizon customer number (if applicable), and age. You will also be given the opportunity to opt-in for further email notifications about upcoming promotions and FiOS availability in your area. 2) Attend the Workshop on your designated date at the Verizon location indicated in your registration. You will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing and receive one (1) entry when you attend the workshop.
Limit of one (1) entry per household, per person per each Workshop attendance (for the Entry Period). Sponsor is not responsible for entries received that are unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected, received in a damaged or corrupted file, lost or late, all of which will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic or by any other automatic or mechanical means are void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time which, in Sponsor's opinion, the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules or interferes with this Sweepstakes in any manner.
RANDOM DRAWING: Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners (one winner from Workshop attendees from each of the twelve months) will be selected in random drawings conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, on or about three (3) days following the end of each month from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received for all Workshops for each month. Limit one Prize per household or physical mailing address. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by email address and phone.
