2. HOW TO PLAY: Go to www.kame.com anytime during the Promotion Period, and click on the Instant Win Game "Find out how you can win $5000" button. To enter the game site and access the registration page, enter your date of birth, email address and your official KA-ME "Year of the Tiger" Instant Win Code in the space provided and click "Submit". First time registrants/users will also need to complete the registration page by providing their name, address, city, state, zip and daytime phone number. Once all the registration information has been provided and accepted, click "Play Game" to find out if you are an Instant Winner. Only one registration is required per person/email address during the promotional period. Official KA-ME "Year of the Tiger" Instant Win Codes can be found on specially labeled KA-ME Rice Cracker products in the following flavors: Original, Sesame, Cheese, Seaweed, Wasabi, Black Sesame and Soy; or for free at www.kame.com during the Promotional Period.

Limit one instant win Game play per person/email address, code per day. A day is defined 12:00:00 AM EST - 11:59:59 PM EST. The time of day when you play the Game determines if you are an instant winner. If your Game play is the first to occur on or after a winning Game play time, you win prize indicated, subject to verification. If you are an instant winner, you will be told online how to claim your prize. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited.

3. INSTANT WIN PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000 Cash awarded in the form of a check in US Dollar. Retail Value $5,000. Odds of winning the Grand Prize: 1:275,000. Five (5) First Prizes: A wok filled with KA-ME products. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $85 each. Odds of winning a First Prize: 1:55,000. Ten (10) Second Prizes: "Noodles Every Day" cookbook by KA-ME spokesperson chef Corinne Trang. ARV $22.95 each. Odds of winning a Second Prize: 1:27,500.

Odds of winning any instant win prize are 1:17,187. Odds based upon an estimate of 275,000 total game plays transacted over the Promotion Period; actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of game plays transacted. Unclaimed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes offered during the Promotion: $5,654.50. This instant win game is conducted under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

All first time entrants who receive a non-winner message will receive a $1.00 coupon good towards purchase of any KA-ME product. A total of 5,000 coupons will be available during the promotional period, while supplies last. Limit of one coupon per person/household. Coupon will be mailed via regular mail, to the address provided at registration within 6 to 8 weeks form date of notification.

4. INSTANT WIN PRIZE NOTIFICATIONS & CLAIMS: All Instant Win Prize winners will receive immediate notification online after they play the Game and are sent a winning message. First and Second Prize winners will have their prizes shipped directly to the address indicated on the winner's registration form within 6 to 8 weeks after date of prize notification. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, email and/or by overnight courier on or about the date the online prize notification is received. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within 14 days of issuance. All Prize winners online messaging will include a prize claim email address to obtain additional information. All instant win prizes must be claimed by 9/08/10.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one instant win prize per person/email address. Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winners release Sponsor, Administrator and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents, and subsidiary, related, and affiliated companies from any and all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion, or acceptance or use or non-use of any prize. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of an error, or for any other reason, the number of winning Game play notifications for any instant win prize level exceeds the number of instant win prizes listed for that prize level; Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes.

INTERNET: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is suspected of tampering with the entry process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, printing, typographical or other human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in relating to this Promotion. PRIVACY: Any entry information collected from the promotion shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor's Online Privacy Policy which can be found at www.kame.com. Sponsor has contracted Marden-Kane, an independent third party sweepstakes administrator. The entry information is shared with Marden-Kane for the sole purpose of the selection, notification, and the fulfillment of the prizes.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New Jersey, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than in New Jersey.
