1.  Three Ways To Enter:  The Domino® Sugar “Napa Valley Getaway” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on August 17, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).  {1} On-line:  During the Promotion Period go to www.dominonapasweepstakes.com or www.dominosugar.com and complete the official online registration form.  Entrants must fill out all required fields in order to be eligible.  Click “submit” and you will be entered. {2} Automatic Entry with Store Coupon:  You will be entered automatically when you complete and redeem the Domino® Sugar coupon featured in the coupon section of your August 17, 2008, Sunday newspaper. Coupon must be redeemed at your participating retailer no later than October 31, 2008 to be entered.  {3}  Domino Mail-in Official Entry Form:  complete an official entry form found on the back side of specially marked 4 and/or 5 pound Domino® Granulated Sugar bags at participating retailers while supplies last or,  hand print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes please), city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers, your age and the words “Domino Sugar” Sweepstakes on a 3” x 5” card. Mail your completed official entry form or your completed hand-printed 3” x 5” entry in a #10 business size envelope to: Domino® Sugar Sweepstakes, PO Box, 4057 Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4057.

There is a limit of one entry per person, per day regardless of method of entry.  No mechanical reproductions or photocopies of entries accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors or any other errors in entry submitted by entrants.  All mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2008, and received no later than November 7, 2008.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, and/or postage-due mail or entries, or for delays in mail service. 2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the U.S., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry,    except employees of Domino Foods, Inc., Black Twig Communications, Marden-Kane, Inc., their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, distributors, parents, sales representatives, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers and retailers and their immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings and children and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.  Sweepstakes and Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.  Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of New York.  This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.  U.S. Law governs this Sweepstakes.  Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited/restricted by law.

3. Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 11, 2009 from all eligible entries received by the deadline date. Drawing to be held under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Potential winners will be notified by FedEx overnight delivery on or about February 18, 2009 or a reasonable time thereafter and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and unless prohibited by law, a publicity release all of which must be completed, signed and returned within seven (7) days from the date which documents are sent to the potential winner. Failure to comply within the time period and/or conditions outlined above may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, time permitting.  If a potential winner does not wish to accept the prize, an alternate will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.  Alternate winner is subject to the requirements set forth in these official rules.  Winners and winner’s guests must execute a liability/travel release and where legal, publicity release prior to the issuance of travel documents.  Winners and guests further grant to Sponsor and its designees the right to use and publish their name and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any media, now known and hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

4. Prizes: (5) Grand Prizes:  A trip for 2 to Napa, California for 5 days/4 nights (Wednesday, May 13, 2009 – Sunday, May 17, 2009).  Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for 2 from a major gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence to Napa, California, 4 nights at the Villagio Inn & Spa (double occupancy accommodations), ground transportation, wine tours, cooking class with Nick Stellino plus $400 spending money.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $6,000 each.  Total retail value of all prizes offered:  $30,000.  No prize substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of unavailability of any prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.  Limit one prize per family or household. Sponsor will not award a greater number of prizes than are stated herein. All taxes, fees and any incidentals and other expenses not specified herein, including without limitation, income taxes, associated with the prize and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner.  All prizes will be awarded.  By accepting a prize, winners release Sponsor, its directors, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents (including but not limited to its advertising and promotional agencies) and employees from any and all claims or liability in connection with this promotion or for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages or personal injury, arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto), or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize that may be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received by the deadline date. 

5. Prize Restrictions: Trip must originate and conclude at major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence and must be taken on the dates specified. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the dates specified above and on the same itinerary, or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.   Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any and all required travel documents, (photo identification) including but not limited to any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Any documents or event tickets/passes awarded to the prize winner become the responsibility of the winner upon possession of same and will not be replaced.  Any tickets awarded are subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets.  In the event that any part of the trip or any of the events associated with the trip are unable to take place as planned, for reasons including, but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, delays, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason whatsoever, then the remaining components of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.  If a prize winner is deemed a minor in the state in which he/she resides, prize will be awarded to parent or legal guardian (in minor’s name) who must sign and return all required documents.  Winner’s travel companion must be of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age or older), unless they are an immediate family member, and must sign a liability release.  If a minor, such release must be signed by the parent or legal guardian.

6. Internet:  If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.  Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.  CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Online entry can only be made via one e-mail address per person.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
